Every call we run in Alpharetta gets answered by a person who knows the area, knows the equipment, and knows what Georgia humidity does to a condenser coil by mid-July. Our local crew is small on purpose. Four technicians, one dispatcher, and a service coordinator who keeps the schedule honest. We are background-checked, factory-trained on nine major brands, and held to The Garrison Standard on every single job. That means the price is in writing before work starts, the repair is guaranteed in writing, and we show up inside the window we gave you. No exceptions.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches in the Atlanta metro since 2009, and he has spent the last eight of those years focused almost entirely on residential HVAC in Alpharetta, Milton, and Roswell. He is factory-trained on Carrier, Trane, and Lennox systems, and he holds an EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling. If your AC is short-cycling on Windward Parkway or your heat pump is freezing up in Crabapple, Marcus is probably the one figuring out why. He keeps a notebook in the truck with wiring diagrams he has drawn by hand over the years. His wife says he cannot sit still on weekends, so he spends half of Saturday mornings helping neighbors diagnose thermostat issues over coffee.
Danielle R. – Senior Installer
Danielle leads our heat pump and furnace installation jobs, from the first load calculation to the final startup sequence. She has been with Dalton Heating & Air Alpharetta for six years and has installed equipment from all nine brands we service, including Goodman, Rheem, and Daikin. She is NATE-certified and does most of her work in the older subdivisions around downtown Alpharetta, where ductwork rarely cooperates with modern airflow requirements. Danielle is the person on our crew who will tell you plainly if a repair makes sense or if replacement is the smarter money. She is a falcons season ticket holder and has a rule about not discussing fourth-quarter decisions with customers during installs.
Chris B. – Service Coordinator
Chris is the voice on the phone when you call (229) 537-2086. He has been coordinating HVAC schedules in north Fulton County for over a decade and knows the difference between a real emergency and a call that can wait a day. Chris routes every job by neighborhood and reprioritizes without dropping the ball when a no-cool call comes in from a house with a newborn or an elderly resident. He is the reason the quoted arrival window is one we actually keep. Outside work, Chris coaches his daughter’s soccer team and claims the July tournament in Alpharetta is harder on parents than any August attic install.
Owen M. – Apprentice Technician
Owen joined us two years ago through the local technical college’s HVAC program and has been riding with Marcus full-time since then. He handles the parts runs, the duct inspections, and the crawl space work that nobody else volunteers for. Owen is currently working toward his EPA 608 certification and has already completed factory training modules on York, Bryant, and American Standard equipment. He grew up in Alpharetta and went to Milton High School, which means he knows the backroads well enough to get across town without touching Highway 9 at rush hour. Owen does most of the hauling of old equipment and has developed strong opinions about which return-air grilles are the most annoying to remove in this county.
One Standard, Every Job
The reason Marcus, Danielle, Chris, and Owen all work the same way comes down to one thing: Dalton Heating & Air is a Garrison Partners company, and every location is bound to The Garrison Code. That means arrive inside the stated window, put the price in writing before starting, do the job by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for a full year. We call it the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If a repair fails within that year, we come back at no charge. There is no fine print. There is no upgrade path to unlock the guarantee. It is simply the way Marco Benitez, Owner, has structured this Alpharetta location since day one. We serve Alpharetta and the surrounding north metro area with AC repair, heat pump installation, and furnace repair. The price is in writing before any work begins. The guarantee is in writing on every repair. And the person answering the phone at (229) 537-2086 is a live human, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
